Great pool, parking nearby. Had free Wi-Fi in all rooms. Location so close to the beach in Menam, which is a more quiet part of Samui, the restaurant-Ray and the nearest shops. Nearby Jamaica Bar & Restaurant - great place to chill out...

The place was absolutely fantastic. The staff was pretty friendly and amiable. The overall atmosphere was special. I was there for 8 nights and ate at the beachside restaurant with a stunning view. The stay was absolutely really nice.

The room was a good size and the bed was big, would not hesitate to return there. the location was stunning and still close enough to get to the busier spots by taxi. - the staff here was exceptionally pleasant. - the beachside restaurant served plenty of fabulous food.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, beautiful and quiet beach, nice area with garden and vegetation, well equipped room with comfortable bed, lot of activities. You can plant a tree, learn thai boxing and fruit carving, which were really nice to try. There are also snorkeling and Booked.neting possibilities. Hotel is environmentally friendly which is a big plus.

The doors connecting the villas are not soundproof, so you can hear noise from your neighbor. Services are not always punctual, e.g. some day you get water bottles in your room some day not and schedules may change on short notice.

loved the newly renovated rooms, comfy beds, and central location. The friendly staff were always helpful and went above and beyond for us. Highlight was the spacious villa with private pool, perfect for our honeymoon. Fair House Team made our stay unforgettable with their excellent service.
